Based on this error response, the reason is your Instamojo credentials which you entered in PortOne are incorrect. In your PortOne account, please head over to Payment Channels > Instamojo, Click on Manage Keys, and then click on the edit button (pencil icon in the top right). Here, re-copy and paste your Client ID, Client Secret, and Salt from your Instamojo account.
