[Shopify] When entering my Shopify shop URL in my PortOne account, it says the URL is invalid. What should I do?

We require your Shopify store's original shop URL which might be different than your current shop website URL if you have assigned a domain to your store. Here's how to get your original Shopify store URL:

  1. Log into your Shopify admin
  2. Click on Settings (bottom left) and then click on Domains (in the left sidebar)
  3. Here, look for the original store URL that contains the "myshopify.com" domain. It will have the format as: <your-store-name>.myshopify.com
  4. Click on this URL, and then copy the entire URL displayed
  5. Then in your PortOne account, in Shopify Channel settings, write https:// and paste the URL. The final URL should looks like this: https://<your-store-name>.myshopify.com
  6. Click on Save and done! Your Shopify store URL will be configured on your PortOne account.
